Program decision
Use People School Partner Program as the public-facing name. Keep the word affiliate in disclosures and legal terms so the commercial relationship is unmistakable.
Recommended operating rules
| Rule | Program standard |
|---|---|
| Potential commission | 20% of net collected revenue on the initial People School enrollment, subject to the final Program Terms and Science of People approval |
| Payment plans | Potential commission is considered as each installment clears; nothing is payable until SOP approves and releases it |
| Attribution | 30-day, last-eligible-affiliate-click window |
| Validation | Minimum 30-day pending review; no commission is payable until Science of People approves and releases it |
| Payouts | Science of People has sole and absolute discretion over eligibility, attribution, approval, holds, reversals, timing, method, and amount. Decisions are final with no internal appeal or alternate payout process. The ordinary operating cycle is monthly with a $50 minimum. |
| Reversals | Refunds, chargebacks, fraud, and failed installments are not commissionable |
| Existing sales leads | Exclude customers in an individualized, documented Science of People sales conversation during the preceding 90 days |
| Geography | Worldwide only where Science of People can lawfully operate and make payouts |
| Self-referrals | Not allowed |
| Brand bidding | Not allowed for People School, Science of People, Vanessa Van Edwards, product or domain names, misspellings, or confusing variants |
| Other paid ads | Allowed only with written, campaign-specific approval covering platform, account, copy, creative, landing page, targeting, budget, and dates |
| Organic promotion | Allowed to opt-in audiences with a clear affiliate disclosure |
| Creative use | Approved, unmodified assets only; Vanessa’s image requires written approval |
Asset library
The program assets live in this internal repository:
- Circle page and onboarding copy
- Partner swipe file
- Final Affiliate Program Terms
- Internal launch plan
- Source README and decision record
The swipe file includes email, newsletter, LinkedIn, Instagram, video, podcast, and one-to-one referral copy. Partners must replace the marked tracking-link and personal-experience placeholders before publishing.
Launch sequence
- Jacinth replaces the current Circle page and terms with the approved copy.
- Require affirmative electronic acceptance and retain the accepted version, account, email, date, and timestamp.
- Require existing Affiliates to accept the July 14, 2026 version before continuing or receiving any further Program payment.
- Configure unique partner tracking links and test attribution through purchase, refund, payment-plan installment, reversal, and payout.
- Load the welcome and approval emails from the onboarding copy.
- Publish the approved swipe file and brand assets inside the partner area.
- Run an internal test enrollment before inviting the first partners.
Required partner disclosure
Partners must make the relationship obvious wherever they promote People School. Use plain language near the recommendation, such as:
I may earn a commission if you enroll through my link.
Do not bury the disclosure in a profile, hashtag block, terms page, or after a “more” expansion.
Claims guardrails
Partners may accurately describe the current program format, modules, pricing, and included support using approved copy. They may describe their own honest experience, but may not:
- promise a job, promotion, income, relationship, or other guaranteed outcome;
- invent or alter testimonials, statistics, credentials, bonuses, scarcity, or deadlines;
- imply that Vanessa or Science of People personally endorsed the partner;
- use outdated pricing or program details;
- send unsolicited email or messages;
- publish paid campaigns before written approval.
Publication controls
The final terms contain no unresolved placeholders. Do not remove the effective date, electronic-acceptance requirement, worldwide-lawful-payout restriction, 90-day Active Sales Conversation definition, payout-discretion language, incorporated Oregon dispute framework, or legal notice details when moving the terms into Circle.
