Background

I’m a strategic connector and builder. I help businesses with powerful ideas scale through speaking and partnerships, so more people feel confident and connected.

I believe relationships are the heartbeat of business. I’ve always been drawn to the skills that make teams work: communication, trust, presence, and emotional intelligence. I started dancing at age three and later danced professionally, which taught me discipline, presence, and the power of nonverbal cues.

My career has taken different shapes — from corporate marketing, to public speaking and on-air hosting (including QVC). I’m especially drawn to mission-driven work, the kind of companies and leaders who want to do well and do good. I lead Speaking & Partnerships, building systems, relationships, and opportunities that expand Vanessa’s impact at scale.

Something good: My daily “something goods” are music, fresh air, holistic health, dancing, and time with family and friends.
