I support the team by managing our systems and filtering the noise so we can stay fully present with our community. I’ve always been a natural observer. I find it fascinating how much you can learn about someone by paying attention to small things, like a shift in tone or mannerism. I love using those unspoken details to anticipate what’s needed next so that everything runs smoothly.
