Background

I’m a coach who takes an engineering-minded approach to helping people accomplish what matters most.

Connection and accomplishment are two of my core values, which makes my work with Science of People a natural fit. I’m deeply curious about people — how their experiences shape who they are, what motivates them, and what helps them follow through. I believe meaningful progress happens when people feel seen, supported, and free to show up as themselves.

I bring a versatile background and an engineering-informed mindset to my work, helping individuals and communities turn insight into action in ways that are practical, energizing, and sustainable. I aim to balance structure with play, strategy with authenticity, and momentum with flexibility, because real growth should support both progress and well-being.

Something good: In 2025, I launched a podcast called The Accomplishment Project, an ongoing exploration of what it really takes to pursue meaningful goals with intention and sustainability.
